This is my experience with this company and its Sentinel Smart Lock:
- The lock is supposed to send low battery notifications, but this does not work reliably. I found myself multiple times on the street with a locked bike and no way to open it.
- I raised this issue, but did not even got a reply.
- Eventually, the battery/electronics completely die and there is no way to open the lock. I cannot use my bike anymore...
- Again, I reach out the the company but never get a reply.
- Eventually, a decide to cut the lock. Fortunately for me, they used a rather weak metal for the shackle. It takes me less than a minute to cut the toughest bike lock in the world with a cheap saw. ..

This company has poor hardware, poor software and poor support.
