J ai commandé un article ( tasse a café ) sur leur site internet.
Le colis est arrivé cassé par un mauvais traitement de bpost.
Le responsable du magasin a ete réactif et très très sympa !
Il c est occupé du remboursement bpost. Ma échangé mon colis par un neuf.
Il a ete largement flexible sur la réception du nouveau colis ( de anvers à liege ). Il a été jusqu'a me proposer de faire la moitier du trajets ou d aller le chercher a sont domicile.
Du jamais vu pour moi dans le service après vente !
Bref je conseil les yeux fermés !

Most expensive cycle parking in Antwerp

Two Danes passing through Antwerp on our bikes, and we wanted to give our bikes an all-around service, since we have been going for over 1000 km.
We had "Bike Project" do the service. We told them that we had some trouble with the spokes breaking on the back wheels of both bikes, so they had to be extra aware of that, but otherwise an all-around service on the rest.
The next day when we came to get our bikes, we were told that there had not been much done, just tightening some loose bolts. So the charge for two hours of work, corresponding to around 150 euros, which would have been fair if they had worked on our bikes, but it seems like they haven't.

The gears on one of the bikes had been bothering us a little, and were still bad when we got the bike.
We only made it 30 km out of Antwerp before one of the spokes broke, and we had to find another bike shop that could fix it. It only took the new bike shop 5 minutes to find the problem; one of the spokes that had been replaced earlier was too big for the wheel, causing the other spokes to break. Also, he adjusted the gears as well.
Furthermore, the front brake on the other bike was very loose and had to be tightened.

I really can't imagine that when you pay for two hours of work for two bikes at a professional bike shop, you don't get a better result.
I can't really feel anything but cheated by that place; come to think of it, it seems more like a very expensive cycle parking than a professional bike shop.

I'm not here to get my money back, but to warn others so they don't feel cheated as well.

I was passing through Antwerp only staying one day. I took my e-bike here with a failed rear wheel bearing. Niels was a legend, he replaced the press fit bearing in 15 mins. Replaced, adjusted, and fixed. Was so easy, a great service, and really nice guy. Highly recommend.

Mtb binnengedaan voor winteronderhoud zonder echte stukken, maar buiten gekomen met rekening van meer dan 500euro en ZONDER hier verwittigd van te worden. De dingen die ik wel gevraagd had (remmen aanpassen) waren dan nog niet gebeurd en daar ben ik nog eens voor moeten terugkomen. Ook het gevoel dat zaken vervangen zijn die niet hoefden te gebeuren. Een jaar geleden hier fiets binnengedaan toen deze zaken wel dienden vervangen te worden en toen was de rekening hier toch al snel 200 euro minder heb ik net opgezocht. Mijn fiets zal nu wel in orde zijn, maar heb er toch een wrang gevoel aan over gehouden, maar stond voor voldongen feit. Vorig jaar zeer tevreden, maar nu helemaal niet.

Great little cafe/bar (some nice beers to choose from the fridge) and cycling shop. Watched De Ronde here and were made to feel very welcome.
